Job Description:
  • Manage the installation, upgrade and maintenance of oracle systems and related software
  • Develop standards, guidelines and procedure for managing and maintaining the database
  • Provide information in terms of requirements and resources needed to compile the division’s budget
  • Ensure architecture design, planning, implementation and optimization
Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions Stand-by 24/7 through out the year
Reporting To: Senior Manager Infrastructure Operations
Required Skills:
  • Eight(8) years experience which includes:
  • Five(5) years database administration experience on windows platform
  • Oracle on Unix experience
  • Two(2) years experience in a Supervisory/Managerial role
  • Experience in SQL Server and Database Administration will be an added advantage
Employment Status :
 Permanent
Qualification:
 A tertiary qualification preferably B.Sc. Computer Science Oracle Certified Professional
